Refund & Cancellation Policy

eBook

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the reading code has not been activated on any device.
• After activation, as digital content is delivered immediately, refunds are given only if a technical problem prevents reading and we cannot resolve it within 7 days of your report.
• Codes cancelled for misuse or public sharing are not refundable.

Paperback

• Cancel any time before shipping for a full refund.
• Damaged or incorrect copy: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund in full at no shipping cost to you.
• Otherwise, copies in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the book price, excluding shipping.

How refunds work

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method — to your card within 5–10 business days for online payments, or by the agreed method for WhatsApp orders. Refunding an eBook cancels its reading code.
